I counsel individuals, couples, and families and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, family conflict, divorce, and self-esteem issues. In our first session, you can expect a mix of clarity, direction, and getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you want to change.
I’ll ask direct but supportive questions so I can understand your goals and how I can help. My greatest strength as a therapist is my relatability.
