About
Welcome, I am glad you arrived here. See if you identify with the following questions: Do you want to stop existing and start living? Do you feel stunted at work or school, socially, or emotionally? You may feel angry, hopeless, lost, or unfulfilled. These things may be impacting you, which leaves life feeling dull. I work with people who struggle with these issues, and more specifically, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My passion is in working with trauma and seeing people shift into a life that’s worth living.
Standing with Clients through struggle and guiding them to live a fulfilling life is the goal, and you can reach it. Imagine waking up and being excited and curious about the day that is set before you. If that seems too big to imagine, at a bare minimum, imagine waking up and not being fearful or dreading the day. You can get there, and I can help.
I have extensive training in trauma with some of the most wonderful trauma experts including, Bessel van der Kolk, Claudia Black, Tian Dayton, Pia Melody, and Peter Levine. I have learned valuable tools and techniques from working at The Meadows that will help you get where you need to be. Feel free to contact me to see if this could be a good fit.
