I have been working as a licensed therapist for 10 years but have been working with people for over 15 years. I have experience working with a diverse group of clients, with a wide range of treatment needs.
Facing life’s difficulties can be overwhelming. I am here to provide a confidential environment where therapy is a collaborative process. It is my goal to help my clients gain the necessary tools to aid in healing and a positive mindset. It is my belief that mental health and physical health work hand-in-hand with neither one more important than the other.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults. I specialize in issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, parent/child relational issues, gender dysphoria, and dual-diagnoses.
I am a board-certified supervisor and am currently taking LG's for supervision, and i also offer consultation with other therapists.
As a person-centered therapist, I strongly feel it is important that I provide a safe, nonjudgmental place for people to express themselves openly. I take pride in being direct, while also being kind and honest with my clients.
