My experience includes working with adolescent and adult individuals with a variety of mental health issues, from mild to severe, while including their spouses or family in sessions to advance the process of therapy. I work with adult individuals whom are struggling in various phases of their life and help them manage the effects of mental health issues.
I use cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-commitment therapies to help individuals understand how their negative thinking patterns affect their behaviors and views of the world. I believe these patterns can be altered and transformed into a healthier lifestyle through mindfulness observation and personal growth while in the safe and compassionate space.
