I don’t have all the answers (no matter what you’re facing), but I believe you do—and I’m here to help you find them through deep listening, reflection, a dose of humor, and a steady focus on your strengths.

I work with individuals, parents, and couples navigating neurodivergence, grief, family boundaries, and the big questions about love, work, and purpose. Using existential therapy, ACT, and humor (sometimes it's so bad, you have to laugh), I offer a warm, supportive space to explore what matters most and build more meaning in your life.
