I have years of experience in treating anxiety, depression, and self-harm in teenagers and young adults. Each client is unique, so I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet individual needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
