R&R treats individuals struggling with mood issues like anxiety and depression, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, maternal mental health, life transitions issues (divorce, moves, change of career,) grief and people who are neurodivergent. Our practice currently offers individual counseling both in person and virtually. We work with several insurance companies like Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR, Oxford, Optum, Meritain, and Northwell Health. We also work with out of network benefits, and those who prefer to pay out of pocket.
