My specialization includes the treatment of trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and cPTSD. I utilize somatic experiencing, holistic, client-centered therapy & mindfulness meditation, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration - in service of growth, healing, and connectedness. I have undergone KAP training through Polaris Insight Training Program. I create a heart-centered space of safety and support for children, adolescents, transitioning youth to adulthood, and adults. I aim to help clients out of self-reinforcing cycles of depression and anxiety and establish life-affirming patterns that can support inspired living.
A somatic, holistic, client-centered perspective rooted in your organic wisdom guides me. I believe you hold the key to (the antidote) your suffering. Change occurs through exploring untapped gifts your mind and body have to offer. I support the ability to feel more aliveness, increase resilience, step into your power, self-love, integration, and expansion.
