I utilize a strength-based and psychodynamic approach to help you reach your goals and utilizes DBT informed therapy and CBT as needed.
I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, pregnancy loss, infertility, postpartum and grief. I provide gender affirming services to members of the lgbtq+ community. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults. I primarily practice psychodynamic and EMDR therapy but am trained in other modalities.
