My approach is trauma-informed and attachment focused - always guided by your goals. Therapy is a warm, collaborative space where we process experiences, strengthen communication, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships.
My style is warm and compassionate. I am on this journey with you as we build a therapeutic relationship which includes giving feedback and validation. I offer CBT as well as more focused DBT work. I was trained at UCLA in their DBT program and often include DBT into our work together.
