I provide short and long term therapy for adults while providing a warm, safe, and compassionate environment where my main focus is helping you create and maintain a meaningful and healthy outlook on your own life. I fully believe you are the expert at your own experience, and I am here to help put pieces together, encourage personal growth, and help with coping or adapting to whatever issues are present. I utilize an integrative and strengths based approach with a belief that understanding where our problems and patterns have resonated can help with changing our behaviors and outlook on life.
I have a background of working in community mental health, inpatient facilities, and private practice and currently specialize in trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship dynamics. I offer an integrative approach pulling from interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and relational theories. Ultimately I tailor my approach to meet your needs
Ultimately, I'm committed to helping and assisting with your needs in a positive and encouraging environment. I can't wait to talk with you and help you on your journey with me or any great provider here in town. I currently work full time with the Highlands Psychology Group.
