I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Restorative Balance Therapy, LLC in North Huntingdon/Irwin, PA. I provide warm, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults; in person on Route 30 and via secure telehealth across Pennsylvania. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, EMDR, and TF-CBT, with a strength-based, person-centered style. Together, we’ll build practical coping tools—mindfulness, grounding, and emotion-regulation skills—to help you feel more balanced and confident in daily life.
I commonly support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, stress, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort so you leave each visit with something usable right away.
