I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, and addiction. Taking a holistic approach, I address the root causes of substance use and its impact on school, work, and relationships. While my therapeutic style is laid back, I am always guided by theory, using techniques like Motivational Interviewing, supportive reflection, DBT, and CBT. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and make lasting, positive changes in your life.
I have extensive experience working with those with trauma history, anxiety and depression. I am a licensed addictions therapist and enjoy working with those who are at any stage of use. I provide individual, family and couples counseling.
I strongly believe that my role as a therapist is to work along side you to help guide you toward your goals, not to force you into making changes you don't want or are not ready for. My style as a therapist is very laid back, not fancy, I am always in jeans and likely a ponytail. However, with being laid back I am still direct and focused on your goals.
