I specialize in working with clients struggling through traumatic experiences as well as life transitions, whether it be from one stage of life to another, or when situations arise that require adjustment and change. I practice in an integrative style, pulling techniques from humanistic therapeutic approaches as well as evidenced based EMDR, ACT, DBT and IFS. I have an office in Brattleboro and provide telehealth services. Either way, you can expect to enter an open and affirming therapeutic environment. Please email me for current availability.
Through 20 years of practice, I have mastered the integration of a menu of psychological theories woven into a caring person-centered approach. Certified in EMDR, I offer an integrative approach to alleviate anxiety, depression and responses to traumatic triggers while uncovering the root cause of distress, associated behavior and new avenues for change.
