Nicole works collaboratively and holistically with clients, offering warm, supportive guidance as they pursue their goals and strengthen their sense of self-advocacy. Drawing on her background in nutrition and movement training, she brings a whole-person, mind–body approach that helps clients build healthier habits, enhance well-being, and cultivate resilience for life’s challenges.
Nicole’s therapeutic style is eclectic and person-centered, shaped by collaboration and curiosity about each client’s needs. She draws from CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, and other approaches, and welcomes inquiries about specific interventions.
As a trained EMDR therapist, Nicole uses this evidence-based method to help clients process trauma and manage distress with compassion and clarity. She integrates motivational and resiliency-building tools that honor each client’s values and beliefs, fostering balance and meaningful growth.
