With over eight years of experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults, I have had the privilege of working alongside diverse individuals, each with their own unique challenges and experiences. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in the person-centered philosophy, which emphasizes the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My experience has taught me that each person’s path to healing is unique. You as the client, will play an active role in your treatment journey and set the pace for our work together. I will work collaboratively with you, providing you support in developing your own solutions and giving you the tools you need to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions during the week days. I am located on the west side of town.
