I have 8 years of experience working with a variety of populations including, children, adolescents and adults. At times, it can be difficult to enjoy even the littlest of things in life due to the negative emotions (fear, hopelessness, anxiety, etc.) that we experience. With me, you will be provided with a safe, understanding and non-judgmental environment. Our time together will be used to process whatever stressors you are struggling with. I will be there with you every step of the way as you process and heal
I utilize a person-centered approach which means you, as the client, play an active role in your treatment journey. It means that you will set the pace for your therapeutic journey and I will be along to support you at each milestone you achieve. I strive to provide an environment that allows you to take control while also receiving help as I walk beside you
I offer in-person and virtual sessions during the week in the afternoons and evenings. I am located on the west side of town.
