I have over 12 years experience in providing individual, couples, and family therapy focusing on addictions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, mood and personality disorders, grief/loss & abandonment, ADHD, and trauma recovery. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, MI, & DBT and support evidence based therapy practices.
