About
Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Feeling like talking with someone to get some relief and support? You have taken an important first step in finding a therapist that's right for you. I work with children, adolescents, parents, and adults who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and relationship struggles. I am here to help you face these challenges in a comfortable and nurturing way.
I view therapy as a process of uncovering strengths and building healthy solutions in order to move toward empowerment, fulfillment and self-acceptance. My style is gentle and compassionate yet straightforward, and I enjoy using humor. I work relationally and I thoughtfully integrate various evidenced-based approaches to best meet the unique needs presented.
I bring 15 years of experience supporting adolescents, children and families during times of stress. Symptoms, though painful, can be transformative. Our work is a collaborative process of co-creating calmer and more adaptive ways of being. Seeking help takes courage and I welcome your call to talk about how we may work together.
