After 22 years of practice, I will bring a variety of expertise to our sessions, offering a client centered, strengths based approach, integrated with components of Cognitive, Dialectical Behavior and Trauma-Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I also offer a 3 session series of critical incident sessions for first responders.
