About
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, or disordered eating. Whether you’re going through a challenging personal transition, experiencing difficulties in your love life, or looking for a way to heal past trauma, I will customize an individualized plan for your goals and needs. I’ve combined my clinical skills with a coaching approach that allows me to be more hands-on and directive for a fast paced, results driven process.
In my collaborative and supportive therapy environment, we will work together to outline your resources for resolving obstacles to personal growth, to gain new awareness, change old beliefs and habits, set boundaries, and make decisions that pave the way for health, happiness and harmony, both in your relationships with self and with others.
It’s never too late to change the direction of your life. I work with people locally in the Houston area and nationally via FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom. I offer free phone consultations to help you decide if working with me is the best fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
