In a non-judgmental, empathetic way, I meet my clients where they are, and we work together to process and sort through difficult emotions, life transitions, past trauma and abuse, work stress, relationship challenges, and grief and loss. My therapeutic process is collaborative, with your experiences and perspectives guiding the direction of our sessions.
