I specialize in anxiety and depression, shame, identity, and resiliency building. I have experience working with college students, younger and older adults. I am additionally a licensed school counselor and have expertise with adolescents aged 10-19.
My goal is to help you discover where you fit in this world and help you find the direction you want to go. I can help you uncover the “why” of your emotions and the “how to” move forward.
