Accepting new clients in the new year! Are you having struggles you've had a hard time understanding? Is your child struggling with their feelings & seeing new behaviors? Past life events which seem to stick around & bother you most days? I can help you with that! You'd benefit from working with an experienced therapist who has worked with many concerns including depression, anxiety, marital issues, blended/adoptive families and behavioural issues. I'm trained in EMDR therapy and other models of treatment to help address your concerns. I am located in MT but provide tele-health therapy across MT and ND.
I help each person identify and achieve their goals and needs in therapy. Everyone is unique meaning treatment is individualised. I take the time to get to know you and your needs & wants. I work collaboratively with you to explore how we can collectively work on reaching your goals. Your session time with me is your dedicated time to focusing on your goals.
I have experience working with folks from many backgrounds and all ages. I believe in providing everyone with a supportive environment for change & learning new skills to improve quality of life. I enjoy getting to know my clients on an individual basis and building a strong therapeutic relationship. Success in your sessions leads to an improved well-being.
