I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to people experiencing a variety of mental health, substance use, or relationship concerns. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other modalities to assist clients in addressing concerns including, but not limited to, addiction, depression, anxiety, personality issues, domestic violence, and trauma. I am also certified as a Certified Clinical Supervisor through the NCASPPB. I provide ongoing supervision to other addictions professionals.
My primary specialty is addictions counseling. I have completed trainings in Motivational Interviewing, the ASAM criteria, and Medication-Assisted Treatment. My goal is to assist clients in increasing their motivation for change and in identifying barriers to change and growth.
