About
I am passionate about helping clients access the best versions of themselves by creating a safe and non-judgmental space where they feel comfortable learning new skills and gaining new perspectives. My style is conversational and collaborative. I take time to understand the core values, beliefs, and passions of my clients to best guide them to their desired outcomes. Clients often describe me as calming, intuitive, and supportive. During sessions, I am interactive and well-engaged. I enjoy the process of getting to know each of my clients and adapt my work to fit their individual needs.
I especially enjoy working with those who feel weighed down by past traumatic events and people-pleasing tendencies. My clients feel empowered when learning to accept what they can and cannot control in their lives. I support my clients with learning how to live with stress, freeing them to heal and live their most fulfilling lives.
I offer free 15 min phone consultations and out of network billing. I will file all claims to insurance for you and will verify your out of network insurance benefits.
