Welcome! Life presents all sorts of difficulties, but you don’t have to face them alone. We were meant to be in connection to support each other through our challenges. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and presenting issues. For the past two years, I worked in a hospital setting, helping individuals with mood disorders, substance use, personality disorders, life transitions, family difficulties, and grief. I also have a passion for working with those who have faced difficulty in their religious communities and faith journey. Whether we incorporate faith into your treatment or stay away from religious topics is up to you!
I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at Columbia International University and am working toward my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I am a learner at heart – and I endeavor to take this attitude into my work with my clients. I take a holistic approach to your health and well-being to ensure that you can return to a sense of wholeness.
