I’m Nicole King, a Supervisee in Social Work with a focus on supporting women and individuals who have experienced sexual abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, postpartum depression, and childhood trauma. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, life transitions, post-traumatic stress, and complex stress, and have also worked with the geriatric population. My goal is to empower my clients to recognize and harness the inner strength that has carried them through difficult times, fostering resilience and a sense of agency as they navigate their challenges.
I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and incorporate approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and Christian counseling.
