I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel caught in cycles they can't seem to break. Whether rooted in anxiety, neurodivergence, burnout, religious trauma, or codependent and addictive behaviors, these patterns can leave you feeling disconnected and exhausted.
Through compassionate, collaborative work, we'll explore what's driving these cycles and create pathways toward clarity and ease. My approach is down-to-earth and customized to your needs. For individuals, we will get into the nitty-gritty of what is driving the undesired behavior—for relationships, helping those same arguments find a different ending.
I welcome all ways that bring change and connection, including but not limited to Restoration Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, incorporating techniques of self-compassion, mindfulness, and somatic regulation. I have experience with marriage, parenting, family conflict, women's issues, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
It's disorienting when your reactions don't match the moment, and feel overwhelming when you are caught in a loop.
