Hi, I'm Nicole! It can feel so hard to simply feel okay, I get it. I'd like to take a moment to recognize survival mode-it's a sign your body and your brain are working to protect you. It's how you have survived. You're not crazy, lazy, or too much. The good news is that you don't have to stay stuck in survival mode. I work with people who are done pretending they’re fine. The ones who want to feel like themselves again—or maybe meet themselves for the first time. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to help you untangle the mess, feel your feelings without drowning in them, and reconnect with the parts of you that deserve a voice.
Unresolved experiences can get stuck in your body and show up as anxiety, reactivity, or numbness. I combine trauma work, EMDR, somatic tools, DBT skills like mindfulness and emotion regulation, and parts work—which helps you understand different parts of yourself—to help you process what’s holding you back and reconnect with your authentic self.
