I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults work through trauma. Trauma affects all areas of one's life. My goal is to help individuals reclaim their power and recognize their strengths, so that one day their traumatic experiences are just one chapter in their life, not the main part of their story.
I am a part of Aim Counseling Group with a clinical background in treating at risk youth. I have experience treating trauma, neglect, and abuse. I am currently pursuing certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a modality utilized for treating children who have experienced trauma/ traumatic grief.
Utilizing a strength-based, person-centered approach, I am here to support you. While the word therapy can sound scary, it a collaborative process aimed at helping you heal and become the person you desire to be. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you embark on your therapeutic journey.
