I am trauma-informed and utilize systemic thinking and evidence-based modalities such as CBT, attachment theory, and narrative therapy. I am a Certified Autism-Informed Professional and am currently working on becoming an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I consider myself neurodivergent-affirmative, LGBTQ+-affirmative, and ENM-friendly.
I believe that each person has a unique journey and is primarily looking for connection to themselves and others. Therefore, I provide a safe space to step back, explore, and connect while fostering growth in therapy.
