I believe in the strength and courage of my clients. I approach therapy by prioritizing collaborative goal-setting and individualized treatment to help each client embrace their full potential. My work takes a holistic approach to the individual, considering all the ways in which people are impacted by their relationships, experiences, culture and identity.
My strength as a therapist lies in my ability to form a strong and collaborative alliance with my clients as they work together to meet therapeutic goals. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorders, OCD, life transitions, divorce counseling, and mental health considerations of physical pain or disability.
