Hi, I’m Nicole. I'm a somatic experiencing- nature-rooted psychotherapist based in Golden, CO. I work with thoughtful, high-achieving, creative, and sensitive people navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship changes, and identity shifts. Many of my clients have spent years caring for others and are ready to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.
