I love working with parents and those preparing to enter that life stage. I offer support with pregnancy loss, perinatal support, postpartum mood disorders. Also, I support parents as they continue to navigate life through all the later stages of parenthood. Most parents are overstretched and under supported. We can feel we lose connection with parts of ourselves and others in the transition to parenthood. It also can bring out hard to face parts of us we did not know where there. I'm here to help you integrate and understand all the thoughts, fears, and behaviors that you may seek to change.
I 'm a certified cognitive therapist and registered board-certified art therapist with over a decade of experience working with diverse populations. Depending on what the client wants and needs I can offer solution focused CBT techniques or client centered and more intuitive art or talk therapy. No art experience is needed to benefit from art therapy.
