I find that I am most effective working with children, adolescents, and those who raise them as well as emerging adults and anyone trying to navigate living as their most authentic self. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an empirically supported treatment for children and adolescents who have experienced traumatic events.
I care deeply about amplifying the voices of marginalized people, watching my clients grow and achieve their goals, and helping caregivers sit with the big emotions of the little ones in their lives. I know that people have the capacity for change and it is just so cool to watch it happen!
