From the outside, it might look like you have it all together. But inside? You’re tired of obsessively thinking about food, your body, others' expectations of you, your expectations of yourself. You might feel out of control around food or stuck in a cycle of guilt and self-criticism. Maybe perfectionism and people-pleasing leave you anxious and exhausted. You just want to feel normal—to eat without stress, feel good in your body, and stop overthinking everything. Right now, that feels impossible... but I'm here to tell you that it’s not! With the right support, you can break free from the patterns holding you back.
I know how hard it is to break free from the thoughts and habits that feel so ingrained. With training in CBT, family-based therapy, and nutrition—and a deep, personal understanding of recovery—I’ll help you rebuild trust with food, quiet the anxiety in your head, and let go of perfectionism. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Recovery is possible, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. If you're ready to break free from anxiety, perfectionism, and the stress around food and body image, I’d love to help you get there! Schedule a free call with me to see if we'd be a good fit.
