About
Finding a therapist can often be a daunting and overwhelming task. My hope is to create a warm, genuine, and collaborative environment where I can help you overcome the stressors and obstacles that come in these challenging times. I work with children and teens 6-18, families, adults, and couples. My desire is that through our work together you can achieve the change and growth that want for yourself, as well as gain tangible skills to use in everyday life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Gottman Therapy for couples.
I commonly treat emotional dysregulation, anger management, work on behavior modification, family/relationship conflict, parent-child conflict, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, depression, grief-related issues, and I also work with individuals on building resilience and self-esteem.
My goal in our work together is for you to have a nonjudgemental space that is yours. Through listening and collaborating, I hope to help you process and implement the change you need, as well as gain valuable tools to help you through difficult challenges.
