I work with adults, children and families experiencing trauma, stress and/or mental health conditions. Expertise in working with those who have suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and their significant others as well as grief and loss, anxiety and depression.
My practice uses a person- centered and trauma informed approach incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive therapy, mindfulness and solution focused brief therapy. Patient confidentiality and privacy are very important to the counseling process. Treatment is coordinated with a prescribing physician upon consent.
