Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, insightful, and deeply long for meaningful connection, yet still find themselves stuck in relational patterns that leave them feeling anxious, discouraged, or alone. I specialize in supporting adults who feel stuck in cycles of relational anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, low self-esteem, or attachment wounds. Many of my clients have “done the work” before - they’ve read the books, gained insight, maybe even tried therapy - but are ready for something deeper.

My work is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), weaving these approaches together based on your unique needs and readiness. For clients who wish to incorporate faith, I also offer Christian counseling. No matter your faith background, you are welcome here!

Therapy with me is warm, personal, and depth-oriented. Together, we move beyond symptom management to explore the underlying patterns your mind and body have been carrying.
