I specialize in supporting clients through grief, relational anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and the internal pressures that keep them from living fully and authentically. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply personal. I’m especially drawn to those who are ready to face challenges head-on to thrive, not just survive. I also offer Christian counseling for those wishing to integrate their faith, but all are welcome!
I use evidence-based techniques like Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the deeper roots of your struggles. At the core of my work is helping you rebuild trust with yourself and find peace through self-nurturance and emotional regulation.
Some of us struggle with thinking our needs are not “important” or “big” enough to take to therapy, but I am here to dispel that belief! No amount of distress is too small or too large to bring into the therapy room. I am honored to walk with you through whatever you may bring to our sessions.
