Seeking support for your mental health or daily stressors can feel hard and vulnerable. I work to try to make this process as comfortable for you as possible through accommodations, empathy and building trust. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, CPTSD/PTSC, autism and LGBTQ+ populations. I have extensive experience in trauma based work, specializing in anxiety, PTSD/trauma, life transitions, and depression. I am highly successful in working with individuals on emotional regulation, self esteem, boundary setting, executive functioning skills related to ADHD/Autism and relational issues.
I use a holistic and eclectic approach of IFS/parts work, mindfulness and DBT, helping you make connections with mind and body. I am becoming EMDR trained with the goal of utilizing this approach in a few months. I strive to create an inclusive and individualized approach to support neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism) and LGBTQIA+ populations.
