I have worked with people of all ages who have suffered grief and loss. I also work with adults, teens and children who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders and other mental health issues. I specialize in art therapy, using a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I also use CBT, DBT and trauma-informed care.
I believe that art therapy can be healing for anyone. My therapeutic philosophy will aim to overcome obstacles through the power of creative expression and visual communication.
