I believe that healing from trauma, navigating chronic illness, and moving through life’s challenges shouldn’t feel so overwhelming. There is hope, and change is possible. I offer trauma-informed counseling for women, medical professionals and couples from all walks of life. My approach is attachment-focused and incorporates EMDR, IFS, and family systems.
