Hi there! I’m Nicole, and I’m a therapist who works with kids, teens, and young adults, and let’s be real, life can get messy. If you're a parent feeling stuck, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or a young adult trying to figure out who you are and where you're going, you're not alone. Anxiety, school pressure, big feelings, identity stuff, friendships, family drama… it’s a lot.

If you're sensitive, creative, anxious, or just tired of pretending you're ‘fine’ when you're not- I see you. Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ you, it’s about giving you a space to feel heard, seen, and supported. We might talk, draw, vent, laugh, or even cry. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to show up.
