About
I specialize in the Autism Spectrum, Trauma, EMDR, OCD, ADHD & Couples Therapy. Are you finding that masking and the constant stress of trying to adapt to living in a neurotypical world are taking a toll on your mental health and relationships? Is unhealed trauma holding you back? Is anxiety or OCD getting you stuck? Are you making fear-based decisions that prevent you from living your life fully? If so, I can help. Essentially, clients come to me to help them work on healing their trauma, learn how to manage their OCD and/or anxiety, and cultivate authentic and intentional living while being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and am a Board-Certified Clinical Behavior Analyst. My work is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. I am EMDR trained for Trauma Therapy, am trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, and have completed intensive training in ERP for the treatment of OCD.
Finding the right therapist for you is important. I promise to offer you a judgment-free and safe space to help you move past the challenges you are facing. Together we can process past painful experiences, explore with curiosity to cultivate healing, and help you get unstuck and moving forward towards living a balanced, more joyful, and meaningful life.
