I graduated from Salisbury University, where I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. I am an experienced social worker who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I regularly provide treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, childhood trauma, and PTSD.
During sessions I explore how your thoughts and past experiences trigger your mood-related symptoms. My therapy style is to meet clients where they are & provide a safe space to be their authentic selves. I believe a strategy for therapy should not be a cookie-cutter approach; therefore, together, we will explore interventions and coping techniques for you.
I recognize that potential clients are looking for solutions and someone who will listen and understand their needs and challenges. I strive to approach each interaction with empathy, taking the time to truly listen and understand each individual’s perspective.
