I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who works with children, teenagers and adults. I have experience supporting individuals from all walks of life and honor each person’s unique experiences, beliefs and perspectives. I provide a holistic approach to client care, which views the mind, body and spirit as interconnected. I create the space for each client to feel heard, valued and cared about amid whatever adversity they are facing.
I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities, including narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions and mindfulness-based approaches. I value approaches based in neuroscience and my background in studying nutrition and Reiki enables me to understand diverse approaches to healing.
