I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing a moment or series of events in their life that seem difficult, unacceptable, or painful. I am here to listen, support, guide, and help you to work through those moments, as well as celebrate your wins and successes. "This too shall pass" moments are an absolute truth in life, and I look forward to working with you while they do. Together, non-judgmental, empathetic, compassionate, and supportive.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling all over the world, raising my teenager, learning Croatian, working out, trying new recipes, and spoiling my pit bulls!
I specialize in helping others with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, divorce, custody issues, self-esteem issues, substance abuse and/ or trauma (or all of the above!) I am also a certified Recovery and Family Recovery Specialist. I am a former high school teacher (10 years) who believes that change is possible!
