Improving your quality of life comes naturally when regaining control. Life will continue to throw curveballs at you, and counseling is one of the many tools that can prepare you to withstand both the expected and unexpected. I am a bilingual Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Compulsive Gambling Counselor, and Board-Certified Music Therapist offering therapeutic services in both English and Spanish. Although I specialize in addiction, I work daily with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, and will assist you in reaching your personal goals for mental health and recovery.
I will work with you by exploring solutions to day-to-day struggles that may be leading to larger issues that are currently unmanageable. I believe that in order to find long-lasting and sustainable solutions, we must break down each obstacle into it's smallest most elemental form. Only then may we regain control of our decisions, reactions, and emotions.
