I believe trust and belonging are the basic needs of individuals. How one learns to love and be loved tells a lot about who we are as people and how our relationships develop. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, thereby hoping to provide change to the system, and not just the individual.
My trainings and education have given me the ability to provide therapy for marriage, couples, families, and individuals with trauma (EMDR), anxiety, depression, grief/loss, adjustment/life transition, and more.
