Life is a journey. Sometimes you get to walk along an easy trail with nice views. Sometimes you have to climb hills that go on forever. And sometimes you run into switchbacks and you feel like you aren't going anywhere. NEW Beginnings is a place to start your new adventure towards wellness and living a whole hearted life. I have been mental health therapist for 9 years, walking with my clients to help them face their challenges and overcome them.
I enjoy working with adults, children, and military families providing treatment to address depression, anxiety, stress, anger issues, women's issues, and relationship problems. I have specialized training and interest working with trauma, military, and children.
I love my job! I enjoy being a part of my client's journey, helping them along the way when they are faced with challenges. I have a very supportive family and we enjoy playing in the outdoors, running and biking trails, and traveling.
